Prior to joining AEG Leasing & Logistics, he held senior leadership roles at Regional One, including Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Financial Officer, where he gained significant experience supporting aviation asset and fleet solutions. He also served in senior operations roles at Silver Airways and began his aviation career with AirTran Airways. At AEG, Kurt brings this combination of commercial, financial, and operational experience to support the growth and strategic direction of AEG Leasing & Logistics.
Tucker Cornwell
Head of Leasing
Tucker brings more than 25 years of experience in aviation fueling, business development, environmental compliance, and operational support. His career includes more than two decades with Swissport Fueling, where he held leadership roles across business development, sales, and environmental compliance. At AEG, Tucker leads the expansion of the company's aviation equipment leasing business, with a focus on GSE, fueling assets, fuel facilities, and related aviation infrastructure.
Shannyn Cullen
Manager, Equipment Leasing Sales
Shannyn is part of the AEG Leasing & Logistics team, supporting the continued growth and development of the business. Her role focuses on expanding AEG's equipment leasing capabilities and delivering solutions aligned with customers' operational requirements. She brings a customer-focused approach to equipment sourcing, leasing, and fleet.

Michael brings extensive experience in airline operations, with a career focused on supporting the day-to-day demands of complex aviation environments. His background with Spirit Airlines provides firsthand knowledge of fleet operations, ground support requirements, and the importance of equipment availability and reliability.
