The Hy-Lifter HLM-19 by Phoenix Metal Products is an economical, self-contained hydraulic aerial platform and airport mobile maintenance platform that fits directly in a one-ton pickup bed. It provides a 19 ft vertical floor height and 25 ft of working height, and can be supplied as a simple bolt-in kit — installation is as easy as drilling four holes and hooking up the furnished recharge isolator.
