Hydrant Truck
The Rampmaster Hydrant Vehicle is a rugged, purpose-built hydrant refueler mounted on an Isuzu NPR-HD gas chassis, engineered for high-volume, high-reliability fueling at commercial and military ramps. With an 800 GPM pumping and metering system, dual hose reels, and a lift platform rated to service the A380, it delivers the flow rate, reach, and durability required for wide-body and heavy line operations, while remaining maneuverable enough for everyday ramp work.

Key Features

• Isuzu NPR-HD gas chassis with GMPT-V8 engine and 6L90-E 6-speed automatic transmission with lock-up converter and overdrive
• Pump lift platform with a working height capable of fueling the Airbus A380
• 800 GPM 5th-edition filter vessel with Gammon filter differential pressure gauge for clean, monitored fuel delivery
• Dual hydraulic rewind hose reels (deck and pit) for flexible, efficient fueling operations
• Electric-over-hydraulic deadman control system with interlocks on all nozzles, the lift deck, and the pit coupler
• Three quick-access emergency shutoffs positioned at both sides and on the top deck for rapid response
